SIX WEEKS.........

Well, Ethan is officially 6lbs 1 oz and 19 1/2 inches on his six week birthday! He has been gaining an ounce a day since we have been home, which makes me feel great! Today the home health nurse came to weigh him and watch a feeding. She was impressed on how mature his suck was when nursing and ensured me that he was getting enough nutrition by eating in that manner. That was the piece of mind I really needed. She will come 2 times a week for this month to keep track of him. We have been missing DAD all week! He is having fun in sunny California and keeps taunting us with pictures from all the fun things he is doing. I am fortunate to have great family come and help out! Dad and Connie came up Sunday night and left this morning. I had a great time watching them enjoy Ethan so much! It was great to have people cook and clean for me yet again! I do have to say my dad pulled some impressive Mr. Mom skills out. Some skills I didn't know he had like below when he was teaching Brad how to sew a button on his shorts.
