This was the first time Luke was on a basketball team. He really enjoyed it. Not as passionate as Ethan quite yet, but he liked it better than I thought he was going to.
He was a defensive specialist! So cute to watch him get intense with defense shuffling around and then he kind of liked watching during offense. He did get some good baskets each game though!
DEFENSE
We got the biggest laughs the first game because Luke had pockets in his shorts. He spent most of the game with his hands in his pockets except when it was time for defense. haha So next games no pockets in his shorts!

He missed his last game because he wasn't feeling well. So we don't have a team picture.
Garrett was a trooper on Saturday mornings. We had to leave the house by 7:35 and we either were there until about 10:45 or we went there came home for awhile and had to go back for an 11:00 game for Ethan.
Ethan's team was 3rd and 4th graders. Brad was the only coach. Poor guy, all the other teams had multiple coaches and Brad flew solo. He did a great job though. With all the snow and cold they actually only had 3 practices!
Ethan LOVED it! He was the point guard and did a great job handling the ball. He had lots of drives to the basket and was a good passer!
They had fun and showed great improvement.
It was a short season and look forward to it again next year!
