Cyclone Fever!

This post was due awhile ago, but late August we get CYCLONE FEVER around here! Brad talks about all the players and usually overconfident about their abilities, Ethan starts singing "Da-Da-Da, Da-Da-Da-da, Da-da-da-da-da", and I starting pulling out all the Cyclone tailgating garb. So, we had to get Luke in on the fever, too. We taught how to say, "touchdown" and how to do a 3 point stance in football. Ready, set, go- bring on the new season!

We took off for Dysart on Friday night to go celebrate a pretty special 91st birthday for great grandma Lillian at the Pizza Palace in Traer! Yummy!!
Happy Birthday Lillian!!
Ethan wanted in on the photos too!
Kathy made some awesome homemade waffles early Saturday morning before we took off.

And we are off to Ames!

Not before a quick nap by Luke!

If I could share my life in a picture it would be this, My boys at a place we all have a great time together whether we or lose.

Into Jack Trice. A bit of grandma, Brad and the boys, and a cute photo from behind of Bri, Beau, and Ben all holding hands!
 Half time fun
 Luke and mommy.
Brad teaching Beau how to tailgate.
Such a good one of these little Cyclone fans!
Ethan and Beau. Still smiles after our bad first loss of the season. Better luck next time Cyclones.
We stayed night in Ames to help celebrate Grandpa Butcher's birthday that night. Some room service, swimming, and yes, an ALS ice bucket challenge video!
