Since Ethan's birthday I feel like we have been busy every weekend, wait we have! Here some of our happenings...

 Ethan preparing treats for a babysitter. He quote was "I think 9 cheesesticks is a good choice, mom." A few reactions:
1. I am glad he can count.
2. I may need to teach portion control.

Playing in the snow. One afternoon it was finally warm enough to enjoy our snow. I walked out side and saw this.

 Do you see Luke just laying there? Brad totally focused on building a fort with Ethan, and Ethan busy doing crazy rolls around the snow.

 Hi Lukey! He seriously just laid there for a few minutes in the snow.

 Then it was time for snow football. Yes, we moved Luke out of the way.

Our first bowling trip...

 No, Ethan won't be in the the Hall of Fame for bowling, but he did do great for his first time!

The sweatshirts from great grandma Butcher were fun to wear together to the game! 

 Catherine LOVED Ethan's Olaf that he had to bring for his stuffed animal parade at preschool.

 Luke will go into the trickiest spots, I think so I cannot retrieve him! I don't get much done at night until this Dozer goes to bed!

More ISU basketball games....

 The corndog was about as big as him! He did pretty good with it. Then started sharing the breading to Luke and just eating the hotdog. They were a good match!

 Grandpa loves his Cyclones! Watching Ejem beat the Big 12 record for points!

After this game, we stayed with grandpa and Connie at the Gateway. In the morning they had some fun swimming!

 

Luke LOVED the water. Even put his face in several times on his own!

Preparing for Valentine's Day....

 Ethan pretty much wrote out his own Valentine's for daycare with his own name.

Unfortunately, the boys came down with bad coughs and Ethan had to miss his Valentine's day party at Preschool! He was pretty bummed. He stayed home with dad and I believe Brad is interested in taking up craft time everyday. Here is their finished product....

Yes, ANOTHER Cyclone game on a Saturday....
This one began like the last. I GIANT corndog for Ethan. No picture this time as he inhaled it before we even got to our seats. Then he went for the popcorn...

He then complained of a stomach ache. I spent most of the second half in the bathroom with him. He never puked, but definitely did not feel good! Not sure if it was a combination of being overly tired from having his cold all week, the giant greasy corndog, popcorn, excitement from the game, or what. But this was the first time Ethan never made it through a whole game. We went to the car and he fell asleep listening to the rest of the game. I felt so bad for him!

Then with a tie game with 2 min. left, he fell asleep?!?! He has the history of sleeping through loud moments at Hilton!

Woke up back in the car with some crazy hair! "Did ISU win, mom?"
Well, as I just scrolled up to the top of this post, it confirms how busy we HAVE been these last few weeks since Ethan's birthday party! Love every crazy/busy moment and wouldn't change it for the world!
