We had a bummer if a season with the outcome of the games this, but that didn't stop us from coming down and cheering. The weather did! When we found out the last game was at 7 pm that ruled out the boys going, then a high of 12 degrees ruled out me going, and the announcement that it would be the coldest game at Jack Trice elimated the die hard fan of the family, Brad. We had a fun at the games we were able to attend! Here are some memories of our football season in Ames.
Grandma and Frank make these games much easier with 2 kids.
Missing Ethan in this shot. Too busy watching the game!
I love going to the games with you, grandma!
The last 2 games were cold! Luke was cozy in his winter snow suit!
The last bad loss, final minutes of the game.
Well, someone from the crowd said, "Hoiberg heals all!" We decided to go with that motto and stayed the night to go have Freddy heal our football loss.
Texas Roadhouse buns were Luke's new best friend.
And look floated with his suit half way on, all the farther the suit would go!
Onto Hilton...Ethan used his gummy bears to reinact plays. This is Thomas and George, his favorite players this year.
We love our Cyclone weekends as a family!
