Brad celebrated his 32nd birthday last week. Ethan and mom bought him a nice goose down pillow so he can sleep better. Ethan thought he needed a cake, too. I told Ethan that mom has attempted making birthday cakes and they never quit turn out, but we would try. So, I log onto Pinterest and find some yummy Oreo Pudding Cake that I once pinned. We began....
First time licking beaters, not because I don't let him, but because the first time I baked something in a LONG time!
Not going to lie, I was pretty jealous he get to do that. Of course I was missing ingredients and had to modify and then needed to make some cupcakes too. A typical experience with me baking.
So, it was supposed be like a "jello poke cake" but only with oreo pudding. Well, I must have not "poked" correctly so it ended up a THICK chocolate cake with oreo pudding on top. Oh well, the boys loved it!
