July can slow down ANY day now! Over half way through and it makes me so sad! It has been a roaster! Almost 90, if not higher, everyday. That leads to LOTS of, as Ethan calls them, "papacicles!"

North Mankato Fun Days. I remember looking at photos of myself growing up and attending the local Kinderfest and riding these same type of rides. Neat to see Ethan doing the same!

After several times on the mini roller coaster with mom, I really didn't need more school kids standing watching "Mrs. Weber riding the baby coaster"! I had quit an audience at one point- felt like a famous person for the first time in my life and didn't really like it. I then gave duties to dad! Dad is a bit more adventurous then mom, they did it was "arms up". He held them up the whole time!
Okay, beware of photos below! They CRACK me up, but I KNOW these two boys will hate these in like, 15 years. WE can hold them as blackmail during their high school years I supposed. So, we were at the Johnke's (they have a super private back yard by the way) and it was blasted hot. The boys wanted the sprinkler but I didn't have a suit for Ethan. So, they stripped down to nothing. After the sprinkler they just kept playing as if nothing was different. I got a few "non-exposed" shots of them playing.
Colin is SUCH a climber and Ethan is NOT. It is so fun to watch them play together with such different personalities. Ethan can be such a cautious kid and I would like some daring-ness of Colin, and Jaci would like some caution from Ethan- can't have everything right? But, so much fun to watch them play!

They have troubles taking turns, so they both just try to do the same thing at the same time. Turns out for some funny pictures sometimes.
