Month One of Summer- June Updates!

Have I ever told you that I LOVE MY SUMMERS OFF?!?!  Ethan has been sooo much fun already this summer! It is wonderful that we can go, go, go,  he can be flexible and take a nap whenever we fit it in, and we have NO diaper bag! He likes to explore every new public restroom (totally gets that from his dad!).  Here are some things we have been up to....

We have hit several different pools in the area! Throw in a few rides, parades, library trips, movies, bike rides, yep we are ON THE GO!
Our weekly schedule sort of follows this: movies on Tuesdays, Songs on the Lawn on Thursdays, pool almost everyday,  sprinkler time after supper, and we eat most of our meals on the deck (so I don't have to clean up as much!) Ethan has taken "its for the birds" a bit too seriously as he took off his skin of his potato and threw it at a restaurant saying "this is for the birds!" OOPS!

Oh and who doesn't like to read books on the potty with their bike helmet on?!?! 

He loves to read while doing his thing on the potty! 

Ethan also enjoyed sitting in papa Butcher's NEW office acting like he owned the place! Maybe someday he can have his name on a name plate at his own job!

 Who could forget the CRAZY hair? Everyday we wake up with a new and different form of crazy hair. We have to get the water bottle out every morning to calm it down. Also, note that yes this is breakfast and the hour hand on the clock is not at 6, 7, or 8- usually we eat in the 9 or even sometimes 10 o'clock hour because we have a SLEEPER!

 We even made it to a baseball game of my 3rd graders. They thought Ethan was too fun! Ethan LOVED all the attention! Neat to see those kids interact with younger ones too!

Well, this was June in a nutshell! July has already been just as fun/crazy/busy! Did I mention I LOVE SUMMER!?!?!?! I LOVE SUMMER!
