Watch the Water and Belly!
Two years ago there were 6 pregnant ladies at my elementary building. The huge joke was that the water at Hoover was full of 'baby-makers'. Already this year a kindergarten teacher announced she was pregnant, due in April and to watch out for the water. So, I thought it would be clever to leave this gift in the lounge for everyone.
I want to use this site to post some pictures of my growing belly. Little did I know, it would be such an "issue" taking the photo. Brad, my belly photographer, who has maybe used my camera once, had very little patients with this event. So, we took about 12. Each time I kept saying, "redo I look really fat" Brad's comment was "isn't that the point?" Well, yes, but it needs to look normal. He gave up and I ended up taking some pictures of my own belly! I promise they won't all be JUST BELLY. I had a white bra showing through my shirt, stocking cap hair since it is so cold out on my walks, and I couldn't get much being that I was taking it of myself! So, here it is the official first picture of my belly at 15 weeks.

I remember when 'my ticker' looked like that...172 days to go...& now it's like 40! Ha. So Brad has some time to get the belly shot down...I haven't had that many photos & I'm starting to regret not doing it, so try & take a lot! I hope to get more in the last weeks...it is a lot more fun to take photos when you get "fatter" with your baby!
Good First belly pic!! congrats on the babe Wendy and for joining the blogging crew..it is addicting and a fun way to catch up with everyone. It will be exciting to wait for the little guy or girl from the blogs! Congrats again!
Cute belly!
Hey Wendy! Congrats!!! We are also having a baby in January - pretty exciting!!! I saw your blog on Leyna's website and thought I would say hi! I hope all is well! Our school had nearly 8 pregnant women when I had Kellen - round two was last year but I waited a bit longer...
