November in a nutshell

Not sure how it is almost Christmas and I am just sitting down thinking about how November is already here and gone! What a whirlwind of a month!!! Garrett had another ear infection, hand foot and mouth, ear tube surgery. I had 3 nights of conferences, Brad dealing with a frustrating sales year due to down corn this summer.  Ethan started basketball and Brad is coaching. We took all 3 kids out of the country for 7 days... let's see...anything else?!?! Yes, we squeezed in an Iowa State Football game overnight somehow as well!
Ronda coming to help out was a savior! Lucky for me when Garrett had hand foot mouth she was visiting...not sure that is what she envisioned....taking care of a crabby boy with a very contagious virus! She took it like a champ helping out so so much!

Beginning of Basketball season.
Number 11 is my ballplayer.

Luke made this homemade sign for the Championship game... hahaha.
First place!

One last ISU football game! Fun game!!

Garrett had 3 ear infections in 8 weeks so ear tubes it was! He had hand foot mouth the week before...he was a trooper through it all!

This is him 2 hours after surgery...didn't phase him one bit.

It was great to be home because we could watch cousin Belle play at the Iowa State Girls Volleyball tourney! She did great! So fun to watch live on tv!

We did a few birthday gifts before we left for the Bahamas!

He also got a first haircut!

Such a happy dude!
