Garrett 1/2 a year

For real.....1/2 a year. NO WAY! I feel like I just left work how can I have been home with this love bug for 6 months already?!?!

He is just the HAPPIEST guy and everyone who sees him says the same thing! To the random people at Target to my friends...everyone he meets! The only time he really puts up a fuss is when he needs to sleep and when riding in the car awake (real struggle for him- fear of missing out I think!)

He isn't the best sleeper, not the worst there ever was either. Just still so inconsistent. Some nights I get 7-8 hours of him sleeping others he is up quite a few times. The latest struggle is no swaddle. Since he can flip to his belly he can't be swaddled and that is a transition I never had to do with my other kids! I have bought about every sleep sack possible to help with the transition! He did sleep the other night on his belly the whole night through so he has potential! Now just to be consistent!

He LOVES his solids...fruits, veggies, and cereal and I seem to be able to feed him fast enough! He is rolling over now (really learned in Florida!). Getting stronger with sitting. Still wobbles a bit, but he is learning how far he can reach to the side before he flops over.

Doctor appointment went well with shots. here are the stats! Growing like a weed!

Weight: 18lbs 12 oz 73%tile
Height: 26 1/2 in 44%tile
Head- peanut head still in the 12 %tile

And then the skills came out. Showing off what he can do- which ended the photo shoots! Ha
