For our birthdays mom bought me a ticket to go visit Katie in Florida. I originally was going to go the first week in May, but Katie ended up selling and buy a house since the purchase of the ticket. I totally wanted to go down when she was in the new place so rebooked for Memorial Day Weekend. Garrett was the best little travel buddy I could have! Didn't even make a peep on either flight! Everyone commented on how such a smiley guy he is!
We had the best time with Reese and Drew. First place Reese wanted to show me and Garrett was her pink tent in the game room! So off we went to the tent. This is all while answering a million "Can do ____" questions the second she saw it. It was so sweet.
She was in LOVE with Garrett and Garrett loved her too!

The next morning she was just as into him!
Garrett loved the pool! Mr. Waterbaby! I think he was swimming around for over an hour the one day!
Reese is such a good listener with the directions on how to feed Garrett! She had it down in no time. Feed him every time he ate!
Went to a walk to a park to check out their new neighborhood. It was hot, but Garrett had a good time for his first swing experience.
Back in the AC to cool off!
During Garrett's morning naps I would run as fast as I could with my coffee out to the pool for some sun!
So many great conversations and laughs on the trip! Katie even made sure I felt like I was on a vacation and did Garrett's baths for me! I did have some major mom guilt not bringing the older boys once I saw how much fun they would have had in the pool with their cousins! Until next time Merrills!
