Big 9th b-day

Well in the midst of Garret's grumpy days...this kid could always put a smile on my face! He is the BEST big brother. We had plans to go to the ISU game for his birthday but since Garrett was having issues we decided it would be just too much for the family. So we watched the game from home. He was so understanding, bummed, but accepted it and moved on!

What other thing would this kid want to do than watch some ISU b-ball on his birthday weekend...not much else! Grandma Lori came up and on Sunday we went to his favorite resturaunt- ShoGun and did the Habachi grill and had cake afterwards.

On the 21st the kids had no school (teachers have meetings so I never get the day off) and not working so did I! We decided to do a smaller party this year and take a couple of friends to the Sky Zone in Minneapolis.
Off we went. Luke took his friend Asher. Ethan took Raxton and Brody. We met the Johnkes there, too!

Dodge ball

Ninja course- Luke

More dodge ball for the big kids!

Luke loved the climbing wall!

Back to the house for cake, ice cream and some play time.

Ethan you are the best kid a mom could ask for! I could go on and on about all your wonderful qualities! My favorites have to be your KINDNESS! You are just the sweetest kid to everyone and have the biggest heart! Your love for sports is like no other! In school you excel in all areas and you love going! You are HAPPY, FUN, and the BEST big brother to Luke and Garrett!
Love you always and happy 9th, Mom!
