Baseball Days

Ethan played baseball for the Dodgers every Tuesday and Thursday night in June and July. Dad helped coach so that was fun, too!
We had lots of trips to the park preseason to practice. He LOVED his baseball backpack from the Merrill's!

Luke even batted one night with his broken arm.

First game up to bat. It was coach pitch this year. Ethan got a hit every time (they had 5 chances to hit off of the coach if they didn't hit, they then used the tee). He was proud he never had to use the t.

Outfield.

We had LOTS of visitors come watch his games! Neighbor Rick came to a few.
Grandma Lori came, Aunt Katie, Drew...no picture to prove it, but they were there cheering on Ethan!

Little Reesey even watched some Ethan ball!

Grandpa
Grandpa and Connie. Oh look, there is Luke, he isn't on the playground...he maybe watched one inning ALL year. Otherwise...the playground is where he spent his baseball time.

Melissa, Kelby and Charlie
Luke was busted...he ate all of Charlie's puffs.

Infield. Ethan's favorite position to play was 2nd base.

Love this picture...dad pitching to Ethan.

Running the bases.
We had a great team and Ethan had fun...that is all that matters at this point! Another season in the books!
