May Days

The days of May flew by.... here is what happened in a blink of an eye this month. We started the month heading back to Holstein for Mother's Day weekend. We stayed in Grandpa Butcher's farm on Friday night. Luke is in a MAJOR farm stage. Loves everything to do with farms. Everytime he sees a barn, field, or tractor he asks, "grandpa's farm?"

He decided to read some books on the floor while waiting to be taken to the farm. It was great seeing great grandma Butcher that night, too!! Ethan, dad, and grandpa headed to take some steers to Denision to an auction on Saturday. They had quite the time! 

Then on Saturday we spent the rest of the weekend at Grandma Lori's. 

Luke still likes to be rocked and sung to. Of course grandma Lori was all over that! 

It was beautiful weather and we got lots of jumping on grandma's jumpy house. This picture is great because in that cart on the golf course Ethan was golfing with Frank and Brad.

Love watching my mom as a grandma! She is amazing and loved soo much!  Having a fire outside in the backyard! 

Here is Ethan's wonderful Mother's Day card he made for me at preschool!! 

Luke found old Halloween costumes one day and decided to play dress up. It felt like Ethan was JUST wearing this when he was 2! 

My birthday weekend we headed up to Minneapolis for our first trip to a Twins Game. They gave out free hats and Luke was obsessed instantly with it!!

Luke like it too but the food was probably his favorite part.

Yea, we had wheel chair tickets. Brad got  the tickets on stubhub and we were wondering what wc stood for. Now we know! It actually worked out really well!! No one in front of us or behind us! 

Happy Birthday to me!! It was a great day! 

We took the light rail train to the game from our hotel and the boys thought that was fun! 

The pool was also a hit!! 

Luke was a wild man in the pool! He was cannon balling like a champ!!

It was also so great to spend a few hours with Katie! She was in town and headed to the airport and stopped by before heading back to Florida! It was great seeing her baby bump and she looks amazing!! So a cute pregnant lady!

Later in the afternoon we hit up the new theater with these amazing seats! 

Ethan's final preschool concert!! 

He is on the end. He came up in front of the crowd to share a joke of the day. "What time is it when an elephant sits on your fence?" "Time to get a new fence!" 

Of course my phone froze up and didn't get it on video!

Well, that sums up our May. Officially onto summer!! So excited to spendy days with my boys!!
