Off to Tampa for Thanksgiving! We were very excited for a getaway! I am so glad I have an amazing relationship with my sister and visits like this don't happen enough. I was so excited I couldn't sleep the night before. I was A tad bit nervous about flying with the Luke Dozer since a one hour church service is like a wrestling match in which we get a good workout in, but he pleasantly surprised us and did a great job!

Captain Ethan playing before we take off!
Burn off your energy Luke!
This cutie is a great traveler!
Getting through the flight required a few selfies for Luke!
It had been WAY too long seeing the Merrill's! Longest stretch since the little ones were born!
"Reunited and it feels so good"Katie and Ronnie are great hosts with a beautiful home to just relax in!
Snuggle time with Drew and Luke.
Luke had to take a selfie with Katie!
Wednesday we packed up and headed to a new event for us all.....LegoLand! It's no Disney but we had fun time! Pretty amazing that so many attractions are made of Legos!
The little ones loved the Duplo area!
Ethan with some Lego people that no one new the name of.
Cutest train cart of the day!
Aunt Katie had the privilege of riding this tiny train ride! Haha
Big boy Ethan leading the way!
First really big roller coaster ride!!
A chariot race!
Little guys driving tractors.
Dad and Ethan doing the safari ride.
The boats. Mom and Luke went together but it was a tad scary really having to steer the thing and keep luke contained. No time for pictures!
A little stretching maybe? Who knows what these two goofballs were doing.
Back to the tractors.
Hug it out!
So I wanted a photo of both boys at the enterance. This is as good as it got. Luke in stroller and Ethan posing far away from him.
Thanksgiving morning Ronnie, Katie, and I ran a turkey trot. First 5k I have ever done. Pretty fun times! Have to say I have never ran a race where I won my age group! Pretty nice weather compared to snow and ice in MN! Katie rocked it too! Got second in our age group, yep, Butcher girls one and two! Ronnie did better than Brad, haha. We figured we were done running before Brad and the little ones were even out of bed!
Turkey trot!!A little dance party before turkey time!
Katie mentioned she only got one picture of kids on Thabksgiving, that beats me! I had NONE. I have no idea why not. We had a wonderful meal at Kathy and Ron's! They have beautiful new home near Katie and we're kind enough to cook for all of us! S'mores by the firepit at night. Another first for me! No firepit in MN as they experienced a pretty good snow storm!!
Drew loves to take walks to see the neighbors "meow". He was showing Luke the way.
This way Luke!!
The big guys went golfing on Friday and the little ones stayed home. Katie and I had a great time shopping in the morning too!
Off to the golf club for supper.
These two ate more popcorn than anyone at the table!!

Then late Friday night I was downstairs packing when I heard the doorbell ring. Ronnie was in bed and Katie too freaked to answer it herself. We hid at the top of the stairs watching Ronnie nervously open the door. Then immediately we heard him laughing. I thought then neighbors were doing a funny prank but he told Katie to come down and see. And there they were, dad and Connie. Complete surprise! Only dad would do that. Ethan was quite surprised in the morning when they crawled into bed with him!

We left Saturday morning so didn't have time to hang with them. Great to experience the surprise though!!
This big guy Drew was sooo fun to hang with. We are sure going to miss playing. Glad we know there isn't a big gap into between visits because Christmas is coming soon! Love you Drew!!!
Back to playing at the airports! Good bye Florida, we had a blast!!
Thanks again, Merrill's!!
