Easter 2014

It's hard to believe that last Easter we could count how many days old Luke was and it seems like yesterday. This year was full of Easter prep and began with an unexpected Easter bunny visit. We were shopping at Barnes and Noble and I looked over at Luke pounding on the glass wall looking at the bunny. So, scrubby clothes and all we headed for a quick pic!

It will be one for the books! Ethan has his shirt unzipped, his dirty ran boots on, holes in jeans (covered with his hands), Luke has navy socks on with his tennis shoes, and stains on his pants. Both looking somewhat at the camera, though!
I picked up this kid and he was transformed into a bunny at preschool!

On Easter weekend we headed to Dysart to the Weber clan. We missed having Aunt Nina and Michael. Luke is into a hug giving phase (most adorable thing ever). He shared his love right away!

Luke was ready to roll. Hard to tell from the pic, but he had all 3 of these in his hand walking around.
Happy boy
Loves to be INSIDE boxes
Sharing with Jacob
The weather was beautiful and the kids spent a lot of time outside playing. Ethan is the kid in between. 3 years younger than Aidan and 2 years older than Jacob, so he chooses to play with the "big kids" he was stride for stride with them as they ran around the Weber ranch! Lots of tractor time, too!
 Somebody is happy!
Luke's first tractor ride with papa

I love how Luke is checking them both out
Saturday morning we attended the yearly Dysart Easter Egg hunt. Lots of people, so they were only able to find 3 eggs- haha.
Luke was bribed with getting candy from the bunny to take this photo

Here is hunting for eggs Luke style. I bring him to the most obvious egg...
He then dives under the egg to find the tiny water bottle kid that is hard to spot!

Finally got his 3 eggs!

The park is a fun one!

Of course they would wrestle inside a slide

Luke had a ball at the park!

Then off to the farm for our own Easter egg dying.
Grandma has egg dying down to a science, a real expert.
Ethan really wanted to take his shirt off! Check out Aidan's awesome shirt, too. He had fun asking everyone about it.

Then we had a MONSTEROUS Easter egg hunt. 25 eggs a piece all color coded and hide to the level of the child. A bit more complex than the in town hunt. Farm kids always know how to do a 'real' egg hunt.

On your marks....

Ethan did great with his orange ones!

Ethan was a successful hunter!

Luke hunting again

Gator fun!
A trip to the farm is never complete without a group gator shot with grandma and papa! I think we would have a pretty impressive slide show showing the kids growing up through the years with gator photos only!

We had our big Easter dinner Saturday night. Ethan with the big kids!

Onto Easter Baskets!!
An attempt for a group shot!

Luke gave up on the crowd, walked off, and said he had enough! ha
Luke liked his gifts!
Ethan's loot!
Easter Sunday...
This guy was ready...anyone else?

Off to church with papa
Selfie with mommy. What a smile he has!
A quick pic on a windy morning!!
We had a blast this Easter. John and Kathy are great hosts! Always wonderful seeing the Weber side of the family! Love you all!
