Well, I could start with the classic, "3 months? Where did the time go?"! But, I'll spare you all, wait..... I can't NOT say it, "Where did 3 months go?!?!?"

I cuddle with Luke every chance I get, which is probably why he is really starting to be a momma's boy! I just want time to stop and I never want summer to end where I have to take both my boys to daycare! Ethan will go 2 times a week to play with friends and keep our spot over the summer. Quite frankly I think he really looks forward to it!
Onto what's happening in Luke's world right now....
He has slowed down on his rate of gain, unofficial weight with brad on the scale was 16 1/2 pounds. Which is 2 pounds this month unlike 5 last month!! Don't get me wrong, we still have adorable rolls!!
He is sleeping WAY better at night! Pretty consistent these last 2 weeks with 6 hrs and even snuck in 2 nights of 8 hours (this momma felt like a million bucks!) He usually takes some short cat naps in the morning either while running errands, going for a run, or in his crib. He gives me one longer nap, 60 min if lucky, in his crib in the afternoon. We will keep working on the sleep/nap thing this month.

He still hates tummy time. I try my best to make him do it, but it hard to watch him struggle and cry so much. He does however LOVE the bumbo chair! Mom has a love hate relationship with this chair. Love that it keeps him happy while I can get things done, but Hate that this kid thinks it is a toilet. I mean, a blow out diaper EVERY time the kid is in there. If it's a sign he will be a good potty trainer than fine, but scrubbing clothes is getting annoying!
He loves to babble right now! It melts my heart when Ethan lays with him and baby talks back to him. I have heard the sweetest things come from Ethan like, "hey pumpkin seeds" or "give me a smile buddy" or "Lukey boy say hi" Heart strings get pulled every time! And his smile is just adorable! Lots of those lately!

Here's to another great month that I got to spend with my boys! I'll just keep counting my blessings and enjoy the summer!
