Christmas with Grandma Lori

We have such a crazy Holiday schedule coming ahead, we decided since Grandma Lori was coming to visit and babysit, we would do our Christmas with her. It will be the FIRST year I don't celebrate Christmas with my mom and siblings together, VERY hard for me, but with our families getting so large its so tough!  So, Grandma got a one-on-one Christmas with the Weber's! Next best thing!

 Grandma Lori always spoils us ALL! Look at all these gifts for 3 people!!

 She is so good, she even brought the stockings with her! It was pretty funny, Ethan was a bit afraid of the stocking at first. Didn't want to put his hand it there!

A tradition with Grandma Lori is that we all get new undies for Christmas, or a gift card to get some new ones. Guess who got BIG BOY undies- YEP my baby Ethan!  

 

Well, Brad did too, some long undies to wear outside! 

Onto the BIG ones!

Ethan first opened an ELMO dvd, about had to stop the whole ordeal to watch it! We convinced him that we need to open all the presents first before watching! 

Then came the big event- his first BIG WHEELS! The Butcher family has LOTS of history with BIG WHEELS on the farm! We used to drive them down the cement ally ways in the cattle yard at Grandma and Grandpa Butcher's- TOTALLY UNSAFE!!! We also had countless laps in the basement on these things! We would actually use them so much that we would put holes in the big front tires! So, it was only appropriate to start Ethan on one that adjusts as he grows!  Brad already said that Ethan is not allowed to use it on our steep driveway- I would have to agree on that one!

 Can you see the excitement! IT was VERY fun to get a "biKe" major emphasis on the K at the end. That is all he would say the whole time while grandma and assembled it!
