9 Months!

Nine months has been a month of putting EVERYTHING in the mouth!

Oh baby Ethan you are growing up too fast! We had a BUSY month! Mom is still trying to adjust going back to work while you doing new "tricks" everyday!!! New stuff for Ethan:
1) Teething! He has been really good with this. He actually got his upper left eye tooth first! What a strange kid, never following the rules! Since then he has gotten his upper right eye tooth and just recently a lower bottom front tooth. The only really side effect is his BAD diapers! He isn't too fussy, just messy pants! YUCK! I am ready for that to be over with!
2) Sitting to crawling position- he can go from sitting to his hands and knees, where he just is in the 'rocking' stage. He is soo close to crawling, I think.
3) Mobile by rolling and scooting backwards. Ethan can pretty much go in every direction except forwards now!
4) Waving. This is YOUR thing big guy! He waves at everything, everybody except for when the camera is out!! What a little stinker. Someday I will catch it and post a video, its quite cute!
5) Eating solids 3 times a day. Cereal, fruit or cereal and a veggie for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I think he is starting to have 'favorites' and has a bad gagging habit when he is eating certain foods. Not sure if it is just a stage or not. Not a big fan of THAT new trick!
7) Had to lower your crib mattress because you are starting to pull yourself up!
6)Least favorite new trick- crying when something gets taken away from you! See photos below!

9 month stats:
All those HUGE poopy diapers made you not as big as I predicted you would be at nine months, but the doctor is still impressed with your growth chart every time we go in!
Weight: 19lbs 15oz 45th%tile
Height: 27 inches 12%tile
Head: tiny head only 5th%tile- oh well, you take after your mom!

Not a very successful photo shoot for the 9 month. Really just wanted to eat the sign.
