5 Months on Father's Day

Happy Father's Day to all the wonderful fathers out there, a special one to Brad, my dad and grandpas! Brad is such a great dad to Ethan and couldn't be more proud of his son! I am so fortunate to have a husband who truly puts his family first! He is also a good sport about people saying that Ethan looks like me and when they say Ethan is going to have blonde hair:)

   

It was great to have grandpa Weber with ALL his grandkids on this special day! What a cute bunch! Happy Father's Day!

Ethan's Five Month Photos

 

ethan can sit up for about 2 secs now! He really prefers to try to stand up, crazy weird kid!

 

  

Super focused on how this is going to get up to his mouth! He is sucking on his thumb and fingers more and more every day. Still doesn't like to put toys in his mouth, just his hands.

 

This is the biggest change this month- SMILES all the time. We have had many conversations lately too! I don't get much done during the day because I just have fun 'talking' to him! His big accomplishments this month are eating cereal, jumping in jump-a-roo, smiling, cooing all the time, and trying to kick so hard he almost rolls over. He can roll onto his back if his belly is nice and full to help him roll:) Also, sits for a few seconds when that belly is positioned in the right place! We just love him to pieces! 

Here are a few more pictures from this week that were fun! I found this super cute mushroom pool at Cub Foods! I about passed out blowing up the whole thing with my own air, but I was bound and determined to take advantage of this hot weather. I decided that this little thing wasn't enough fun for me, so we did got the 'real' pool last week and Ethan LOVED it!! Check out his shark hood that matches his shark on his trunks. I think I laughed more that day at his suit than I have in a long time!
