June madness

I'm pretty sure we were gone more in June than we were home. All great times!! Ethan even said, "why don't we just live in Iowa in June!" They stayed in Holstein while we were in Italy.
Farming with Andrew
Popcorn and movies!
They had a great just like mom and dad did in Italy. Sure did miss them!!

Ethan got to go to bible school there and had a blast. He is still singing those great songs!

Then the very next weekend we had Molly Carpenter's wedding in Iowa so back we went. Luke wasn't feeling well, so he and dad stayed home.
Those boys got great grandma out on the dance floor! Precious!

Father's Day lunch with grandpa

Not getting out of school until June also made the month go super fast!!
Every Monday and Wednesday we went to cheer on Ethan and his Astro t-ball team.

Cheering on this cutie is easy!

Ethan is known as the fast runner on his team. He might not always it hit far but he is good at out running the plays!

He loved playing pitcher and shortstop as that got most of the action.
Seeing preschool friends is always fun!!
Luke has been to every game cheering him on!
His team.
Up to bat
Running home!

We like getting ice cream after games, too!

This is one GIANT reward cone! I'm
Not joking when I say he ate the WHOLE thing!
Katie, Ronnie, Drew and Reese were home in late join to back to Holstein.
Snores at grandma Loris!
All the kids!
Fun new toys grandma got!
Poor Reese!
Out on the farm..
Corn was taller than Ethan! On our side by side tour with grandpa he showed us his oats...Amber Waves of Grain as he called them.
And a giant sleepover
I bet you could place money on which child was the first to get crazy...yes Luke.
Back in Mankato we did so much! Boys love hiking to the falls

Thursday morning movies with buddies Asher and Brody
Luke always eats he whole popcorn and usually mom or Ethan have to share more with him.
Ethan ordered a root beer and it came on a bottle. He thought he was pretty cool.
And spending our days in the sun!
Swimming requires treats!

Mankato Winery
Mankato sculpture tour. They had fun reading the map and finding them all around town.
Children's Museum trips

June was busy but most importantly, FUN!!
