A baby gathering of a lifetime!

Last weekend we what a consider a meeting of a lifetime. FOUR Butcher siblings, who each had BOYS, within SIX months, and all with BLUE eyes (for the time being) getting together for the FIRST time! I seriously would like to know the odds of that happening to a family. This was a very anticipated event that everyone was looking forward to and it was all it was hyped up to be!! BEST WEEKEND EVER with family!
So needless to say, this will be a long post with lots of pictures!
Here is how it started...
Traveling with both boys solo was a bit nerve racking, but this stud (with his sunglasses on upside down) was great! Read books for the first hour and then slept the whole way like his brother! Luke started crying right when we got into Holstein! Perfect timing!
Papa Butcher made us lunch and then we were off to photo shoots!
Christina did great, check out their photo's here!

Then Ethan went out and met his new pig Chester at the farm and fed Francis the bottle baby calf uncle Ben has.  It was too cold for me, I'm a wuss and didn't get photos of that!
Then we headed back to grandma Lori's to wait for baby DREW!! He came late that night but was WELL worth the wait!

He looks so much like his daddy, but we think Drew and Luke have the same nose!

The first thing we did the next day was visit great grandma Butcher!
Great grandma Butcher getting her fist snuggles with Luke. She is like a baby whisperer! All weekend she got those babies happy every time she held them!
You can't see Drew, but this is Ethan letting Drew know he like him!
Aunt Katie getting snuggles with Luke while I got her and Drew's baby shower set up! Glad she was there to help, would have been hard to do with her watching Luke!
Then we had an epic photo shoot at Christina's! Here are some action shots!
The mamas standing guard holding babies and pulling pacis at the last minute.
Taking a break. Drew was a rock star and didn't need one!

Ronda couldn't miss out meeting all these babies and flew home to surprise grandma for her birthday!

Great grandma with Kelby! I told you there were lots of babies!

The next morning it was another grand gathering! Here is great grandma Butcher, her brother Ramon and all the grand and great GRANDKIDS.

Luke and Drew hung out a lot! They were on the same feeding schedule. It was awesome! Drew teaching Luke how to move some more.

Best buds! Born 4 days apart. Luke and Drew!
My chubby Luke just chilling.

Love these guys!
Ethan playing with Drew
All 4 babies each in their own corner!
And then there were 2! Drew teaching Luke another move, waving arms! Luke is such a lazy man and Drew a man on the move. So fun to watch them interact together!

These babies are exhausting! Grandma is worn out!
Sure glad Frank loves babies as he was a huge help holding babies this weekend!
Not sure what is happening here but lots of people fussing over Luke.

Papa getting Luke to smile.
Listening to stories papa tells

Tummy time on papa.

Uncle Andrew hanging with Luke.
Then he jacked his pants up and we laughed at the little old man!

Connie likes to cuddle too!

Grandma got all the grandsons ISU T-shirts that said "raise then young, raise them right, ISU".

Grandma and her precious grandsons!!
Frank had to put on his Hawk shirt too!
Grandma and Luke!
Me and Drew! So glad Katie flew home when she did because I could hardly stand not meeting Drew!
It was the BEST weekend ever!! All the babies, family, laughter, and food! Who could ask for anything more!
It will be so fun watching these cousins grow up together over the years and Ethan always being the BIG cousin, haha! Love them all!
