Father's Day Weekends

 HAPPY FATHER'S DAY

I first want to say Happy Father's Day to my amazing husband who is a great daddy!! My dad is pretty great too! So is my father-in-law John! What wonderful role models Ethan has to admire his whole life! I hope all the fathers our there had a fantastic day!
Last weekend (10th) I had a bachlorette party in Chicago for my dear friend Bethany who is getting hitched July 2nd! Is was sooo much for to see her, meet her Chicago friends, and catch up with Erin and Kelly! Had a blast! Can't wait for the wedding! While mom was away having fun, Ethan and dad took a road trip to.......
PAPA and Grandma Weber's in Dysart! I was pretty proud of Brad for venturing out on his own like that! I usually have to pack for Brad, so having him pack himself AND Ethan was pretty impressive! They weren't there long but they had a really fun time with pictures to prove it! A nice early Father's Day weekend for them all.
Swinging is so fun with papa!
So is ready books about tractors!
Papa Weber even let me sit all by myself on a REAL John Deere!

Father's Day Round Two
This weekend we all ventured to Holstein on Friday night- the 3 hour drive took 7 because I have some really blonde hair (even got it highlighted on Friday) that made me forgot my purse at home, and not discover it until we were 1/2 way there! I fortunately have the BEST husband ever who doesn't yell, but just makes fun of me, and drove us back to get it!
Anyways, we both had bachelor/bachelorette parties to go to for Andrew and Melissa. Brad wins for staying out the latest! I think they grilled out for the second time at 3AM! I was in Des Moines for Melissa's big night out! It was SUPER fun! Sunday we celebrated father's day for Brad and grandpa Bob in a slow manner. Here are some pics from the day.
 Ethan and silly grandpa Bob!
 BUBBLES
 Loves Bubbles!
New discovery, water from the water bottle!
Who thought it would be such a fun game!
Visited Great Grandma Butcher and of course had to have a chocolate chip oatmeal cookie, it's like the law! They are yummy, even ask Ethan!
Fun weekends makes for a tired guy on the ride home!
Another pic of Ethan and his wonderful dad!
This is what Ethan made at daycare for his daddy! Nice little step to help get his hands washed!

Oh, I haven't been on your blog in so long! Love it! I literally loled when I saw that you forgot your purse! I am notorious for doing forgetful things like that! Keep up the awesome blog!

Ethan just keeps on getting cuter...is his hair getting lighter? I feel like in some of the photos he is becoming a little toe-head! I love it! It was so amazing seeing you a couple of weekends ago and I can't wait to see both you and Brad again on the 2nd! Thanks for making my day so special! I love you!

Happy Father's Day. I love the leaving the purse, that is classic. And of course it would be a weekend when you would need your Id.. grr.. that is so annoying! Love all your summer projects you already have done, you are such a teacher with your lists! :) enjoy the summer!
